Meet Teresa Findlay, owner of Cooked Marketplace in Centerbrook!
After an extensive culinary journey across North America and beyond, she and her husband have settled in Old Lyme, CT, to bring a one-of-a-kind food hall experience to the community. Teresa’s husband has been her biggest supporter, purchasing the building to help her dream come true.
Inspired by European markets, Cooked Marketplace offers everything from fresh salads to prepared meals, all made with locally sourced ingredients.
Teresa loves seeing both locals and visitors return daily, sometimes multiple times, for their favorites. Her personal go-to? The Thai dishes and seasonal salads crafted by chef Manuel!
