We pride ourselves with a dedication to fresh, made from scratch, authentic dishes created from years of travel, living and cooking in the south.
Many of our recipes have been passed down from generations of chef’s who made their names mastering their craft in and around the gulf coast so we may offer them to you.
The name signifies our love for our shelter hound dogs, the ocean and the soulful music of the deep south.
